Engineering Project Manager
The Engineering Project Manager is responsible for delivering engineering projects in a safe, efficient and timely manner within budget to meet the requirements of the business, whilst complying with relevant legislation in force at the time.
The Commissioning/CI Engineer will deliver commissioning plans agreed with the Engineering Project Manager on time and on budget and deliver plant improvements agreed with manufacturing and the site management team, achieving agreed annual budget reductions. They will work closely with the site manufacturing and maintenance teams to deliver safe and cost effective production improvements to enhance our manufacturing capability and improve plant reliability and performance. The role will involve developing priorities with the site management team for plant improvement areas based on cost reduction and profitability of existing plant, then focusing closely on identified priority areas to de-bottleneck and/or improve plant reliability & safety or cost performance.
Head of Site Maintenance
The Head of Site Maintenance will create appropriate strategies necessary to optimise plant up-time, integrity and resilience, enabling Operations to meet customer demand on time and in full (OTIF) and within agreed budgets and parameters.
Reporting into the Head of Site Operations, the Production Planner is responsible for ensuring the effective programming and orchestration of customer orders, raw materials, resources and logistics to ensure the business meets customer demands on time and in full, within agreed budgets and parameters.
Fork Lift Truck Driver
The role of the Fork Lift Truck Driver is to operate a Fork Lift Truck in accordance with the needs of the business, ensuring incoming and outgoing deliveries are accurate and free of damage. They must operate the Fork Lift Truck in accordance with written procedures, complying with safety regulations and quality requirements and working within the company’s environmental permit consents.
The role will also involve the operating of a Fork lift Truck (FLT) to move empty and filled packages into storage and onto and off vehicles at two sites, as required and as directed.
